All I did was....Home Staging Success Stories

All I did was...take an old oak kitchen & turn it into a chef's dream!

Staging in Toronto and Vaughan we are often involved in the redesign of the next property that the sellers buy.

In this property we took a dated oak kitchen, revamped the layout and turned it into a dream kitchen for the new owner who loves to entertain family and guests.

This home sat on the market for over a year without a buyer. The agent that brought the buyer suggested that they call us in to give suggestions on how to update the property and build value at the same time.

All we did was remove everything from the kitchen right back to the studs.

Then custom cabinetry painted cloud white was installed, Mother of Pearl back splash, Antique Brown granite counters, and the island counter in a stone called Fossil.

The Fossil stone was a really outstanding find and one that guests will always be impressed with. The fossils are a real conversation starter.

Marble tile floors, pot lights and two island pendants, chef style appliances from the fridge to the cook top to the microwave in a drawer and the wine fridge in the island, everything was selected with the owner in mind.

Here are the before and after pictures to show the most remarkable transformation.

This property is now a home that reflects the owners desire to create a kitchen to host many get togethers in over the years.
