We had the absolutely best news this week.... the National Association of Home Builders USA has awarded Silver to PM Marketing + Design and Advantage Staging for the Best Suburban Sales Office design at King's Ridge for Zancor Homes. PM also won for Best Graphic Continuity, two for Best Brochure and Best Onsite Signage.
WOW!!! What a home run for our team.
The logo PM Marketing designed for King's Ridge was very appropriate for the site which has many horse farms in the vicinity.

Advantage Staging provides a welcoming, fresh look to builders presentation centres, decor selection centres and model homes.
On December 14th, Advantage Staging will be opening a boutique design centre to facilitate builders that would like to have their buyers make their design selections in an intimate setting rather than build a decor selection centre for each site.

This is what the sales and decor centre looked like when I first arrived. As you can see, it is a skill to have the vision to create a final product that will appeal to buyers. From selecting flooring, lighting, paint colours, seating and floral arrangements it all came together for a very successful launch.
