All I did was....Home Staging Success Stories

Listing photos... how important are they to create online curb appeal?

Staging homes in Vaughan and Toronto we work with some very dedicated, professional real estate agents. One of them being Sabina Pirri. Sabina is humbled every time a home owner decides to trust her to sell their most important asset which is their home.

Sabina believes that if she takes your listing, she wants to make sure that the listing photos are of the best quality to create online curb appeal.

She knows that over 90% of buyers look on line for their next property purchase so Sabina calls our company in to prepare the listing for sale. You can call it staging if you like, but Sabina understands that it is really marketing.

See the difference our company made staging this property for the listing photos for Sabina at 4 Golfway Court in Caledon...

Powder Room before and after... pardon the fist picture. You see listing photos like this all the time, you should hire a professional photographer to capture a true image of a home to attract buyers looking online. The powder room looks attractive, up to date, crisp and clean once it was staged.

Living Room before and this a formal living room or is it a gaming room as soon as you enter the house...once staged the fireplace becomes the selling feature to the buyer...

Master Bedroom before and after... too much furniture makes the room looks smaller than it actually is...

Dining Room before and after...dining room looks too small to use with the stair case right beside it.... or is it?

Staged the dining room looks big enough to hold a dining table and six chairs and a buffet. If the listing photos had been shown without furniture buyers would have thought that the dining room looked smaller than it actually is.

Investment, minimal.

Impact, priceless.

When you want your home to be prepared for listing photos we will provide a room by room written consultation report to keep you focused on what needs to be done to attract buyers.

Remember, staging is always less than the first price reduction.

Hi Michelle...As usual the staging every penny it costs. It is the surest way to a quicker offer at a better price.

HI Kate, the seller will definitely recoup their investment on staging this property. In fact they will make money.... it was worth every minute of prep work on the part of the seller.

Hi Michelle ~ The difference in how this home will be perceived by potential buyers is amazing!  Night and day.  Every room shows better and the professional photos really enhance the experience.

BTW I love your new profile photo :-)

HI Maureen, I knew I had to convince the seller to move the two lazy boys out of the master. They were in every shot from any angle in the room. Night and day is a very apt description of the changes that were made in this home. The homeowner was really pleased with everything when we were done.

Fabulous job Michelle!  I didn't even notice that there was a fireplace in the living room in the first picture!  Those recliners in the master made me gag.  LOL!

Hi Michelle,

Wow! What a difference you made...  It looks amazing now!  Every room has buyers appeal.  You are so right about the Dining room...  I would have never know that was a Dining room in the before photo.  I agree too...  Professional Photos really make such a difference!  Great job!
