Staging a luxury condo using a Vespa in the dining room

Home staging in the luxury market in Toronto I am always looking for new ways to stage a dining room table.
Some of you may remember David Peterson using a white horse about 12" high. That one inspired me to go out and buy one of those. It was innovative and quite striking.

In this dining room I decided to use a blue Vespa sitting beside the dining table in a penthouse which overlooked Toronto Harbour and Airport. The blue of the Vespa picked up on the water of Lake Ontario.
Technically not on the table, but definitely a way for a buyer to remember how cool this condo  was. I did put green apples in an architecturally designed polished chrome wire fruit bowl on the table.

Hi Helen and Larry, the investors from Hong Kong identified with the Vespa right away as they use scooters all the time in their traffic congested city. Toronto is under so much road construction right now a Vespa is a convenient way to get around the city.

Hi Beverly, glad you stopped in to find out, they are really an economical, cool way to get around a congested city. They were first made in 1946 and have been made in many colours ever since. This one really emphasized the blue of the lake front to buyers.

Hi Julia and Sharon, the market here is filled with beautiful, brand new condos so we knew we had to come up with something that would bring the buyers out and also appeal to investors out of the country.

There are currently 134 condo towers being built in the city of Toronto. We are thinking that our services are only going to be more and more in demand with each passing year as they come on the market.

Hi Michelle...The Vespa picks up not only the blue of the lake but of the sky and how it is reflected in the neighboring glass skyscrapers.

Hi Kate, the blue absolutely worked for all of these aspects of the condo. It would not have worked as well if the Vespa had been another colour. It truly was a unique presentation to the marketplace. Potential buyers came in from as far away as Hong Kong.

HI Patricia, we love to be different when we stage... in our crowded marketplace it takes this level of artistic creativity to capture our target market of international buyers. They see a lot from every corner of the world so we set the stage for them to remember our property over others.
