Luxury Home Pro Photos....it's the angles that bring in the buyers.

Staging luxury homes in Toronto and Vaughan we specialize in working with professional photographers that capture a property in a way that the listing photos stand out in a sea of homes that are all truly phenomenal.

Toronto is home to some of the best builders in the nation.  Attention to detail using only the finest materials and experienced trades are the hallmarks of the homes that are built to meet the high standards that are expected by the luxury home purchaser.

Using clear, distinct and unusual angles are what make our properties stand apart from the usual fare that a buyer would see online. When listing a luxury home you want the buyer to be able to experience the visual of living in a spectacular setting.

Overseas investors and local buyers are drawn to our work and to the properties by the intriguing photos that are taken.

Michelle, Amazingly dramatic photographs. What great angles. They should sell this home very quickly.

HI Kate, thank you for stopping in to see these dramatic photos. The property had been for sale for some time before we were asked to stage it and have it photographed.

HI Helen and Larry, the photography brought the right buyer to the negotiating table. It attracted a buyer from overseas and it payed off to the seller to have the professional photos taken by an extraordinary photographer.

Michelle - These are truly stunning photos and I can see how they would make the property stand out from other listings within the same price point... great post.

Perfect examples of standing apart from the competition!  These photos refuse to be ignored!

Hi Sharon, I like your phrase "these photos refused to be ignored"  .  Even if the style of decor is not to your personal liking it is pretty hard not to look at the beautiful photogrpahy.

Hi AJ, This home had been for sale for 2 years previous to our company staging it and having it professionally photographed.  A buyer from out of area saw the listing photos, came to visit twice and purchased it within 2 months.  Great results for the seller.

Thank you so much Patricia! I really appreciate that.

As we all know in the sales market..you have to work the angle and in my work that means the photographic angle to get the attention of discerning buyers.

When buyers see photos like these they know to expect something very special once they get there.

Hi Michelle ~ Professional photos are a must in today's competitive market, aren't they?  Getting just the right angle and "showing" buyers the home's best features will make them want to see it, right away.

Michelle, when you have vaulted ceiling with intricate details, you should have dramatic photos, and yours are spectacular.

Hi Maureen, absolutely agree with you that the best marketing tool is great photography after having it staged professionally.

Hi Joan, there were so many detailed parts to this house. The hard cover book produced to market this home was 52 pages long. The photos definitley did their job of marketing this home to the family that would appreciate the finer details.

WOW WOW WOW!  That photography certainly does complement the architecture!

HI Julia, thanks for stopping in and giving me three WoWs! up. This house demanded the services of a professional photographer that was accustomed to shooting larger scale properties. I work with many professional photographers that would not have been able to capture this home as it needed to be shown.
