All I did was....Home Staging Success Stories

All we did was... paint the kitchen cabinets and it SOLD in 4 days!

Home staging in Alliston we come across many properties that have outdated pine wooden cabinets. We always suggest that the seller paint them to make the house more appealing to buyers.

In this home at 5293 County Road 56, it took only 4 days to be SOLD!!!

That has to be some kind of record for the area.

The kitchen walls were beige with a PINK undertone, we painted them CC 110 Muslin. The cabinets were painted HC 27 Monteray White.

Take a look at the results for yourself, this home is now modern and bright looking appealing to buyers.

Investment, minimal.

Impact, priceless.

Sarah Lunn from Prudential Ronan Realty and I have been working together for 6 years and getting results like these for happy sellers.

When you have a property that is showing its age call the Go To Girl around town to get it ready for sale.

Hi Lise, the properties in this area typically take  up to a year to sell if they are not staged and around 3 -6 weeks when we stage them. For this to sell in 4 days was a phenomenal occurance. The sellers are really to be commended as they followed all of our suggestions with great results.

Hi Kathy, I always say "paint is your friend when you are staging". It is the most cost effective thing you can do to make your home look brand new and fresh.  Thank you for the good wishes Kathy!
