Relationships are everything in Real Estate

Relationships are everything in the real estate business.

Home staging in Vaughan we specialize in being part of the marketing team for agents and home owners who want to attract the right target market to sell their home.

I was contacted by a home owner yesterday that wanted to know if I could stage their home for sale in Woodbridge.

The home was not listed yet. I asked if they had an agent to represent them yet. They did not. I offered to supply a list of agents that I work with on a regular basis for them to interview.

These are agents that include our staging consultation on a regular basis as part of their marketing for a listing.

They also use a professional photographer to capture the staged and marketed home to get the most response from their online marketing.

5 seconds is how long the average home buyer looks at a listing photo on line before clicking through to the next listing.

If you are thinking about listing your home for sale we would love to be part of the team that markets your home for sale.

HI Kent, our company works very hard committing to relationships with agents that understand the importance of preparing a home for sale.

The agent benefits by having listings that sell quicker plus referrals come in already knowing that their home must be prepped for selling. This makes the agents job so much easier in the long run. Their marketing dollars are spent wisely on a home that attracts buyers looking online that only spend 5 seconds looking at listing photos before clicking through to the next listing.

Did you read the post at www.sethgodin.com this morning. He talks about this very thing.

You're so right. It's important in this industry to work as a team if you want to succeed long term because it works both ways. Great post

Hi Tina, absolutely the best approach is work with trusted team members. Those who do what they say they will, when they said they would do it and make you look like the go to agent.

It is interesting that they called a stagger first and not an agent. It looks like these clients are very thoughtful and want their house look ready.

HI Inna, home owners call us about 5% of the time before they call an agent. They want the agent that lists their home to see it in its best light. They typically have sold before and know they need to market their home to get the best price.

I would think the agent who gets the listing feels that they just lucked out as all the prep work has been done and they can then concentrate on marketing the home to find a buyer to complete the transaction.
