Michelle, people want to pay the price if they are pleased with what they see - and staged homes have lot better chances of people liking it!

HI Praful, you hit the nail on the head. People buy with their eyes first. If they see what they are looking for, they are definitely ready to pay for it.

HI Sally, I know you have done some online interviews however print is still huge when it comes to having credibility in the marketplace. I have seen your work and it is very magazine worthy. Think about your local glossy magazine for the neighbourhoods where you are staging... submit your pictures to the editorial department. They may be looking for something for upcoming issues and you could be the answer they are looking for!
