How much should you invest in staging a home for sale

Another Home Staging Success Story to Share  in Vaughan...

96 Fieldstone in Vaughan just sold in one day and for 99% of list.
It has set the benchmark price in the neighbourhood for comparable sized properties.

Thank you to the home owner for taking a huge leap to believe that staging would benefit the marketing of this home online and result in less days on market and have a great return on investment. It was his first time... but he says it won't be the last. Has three other properties coming up!

When we did the consultation I sensed that the home owner was hesitant to spend any money preparing the home for sale. I prepared a couple of options in a proposal so that he could proceed at his own comfort level.

He decided to go with option 1 and completed 99% of the items that were suggested to stage the home.

That included painting the main floor a neutral staging safe colour which we provided, cleaning the vacant home, and installing 3 new, updated light fixtures which we recommended.

All we did was provide the rental furniture, artwork, lamps, bedding, accessories and install current drapery and rods.

The results speak for themselves. The real estate agent and the home owner are ecstatic with the results.
