All I did was....Home Staging Success Stories

SOLD IN 6 DAYS...WITH MULTIPLE OFFERS IN MILTON, REMARKABLE RESULTS!

Home staging in Milton is definitely worth the effort. Milton is not known for multiple offers on properties but with our staging suggestions Sabina Pirri from Remax Premier accomplished just that...and in 6 days!

We met with the home owner and supplied them with suggestions to use their own things to stage with, rearranged some furniture and gave them a short list of inexpensive items to purchase to complete the staging.

There was one room in the house that was a concern though. In the third bedroom the home owners had removed the closet doors and built a book case in its place. They love to read and had created a library for their enjoyment.

The home is in a family neighbourhood with larger families so we came up with an idea for them to stage the book case with some clothes along with toys and books so that it would become a "cool bedroom" . We also suggested placing an inflatable bed in the room so that buyers would see the property as a three bedroom home.

The results speak for themselves.

The property is SOLD IN 6 DAYS with MULTIPLE OFFERS!

Congrats on the fast results!!!  That "cool bedroom" idea was a good one!  Perfect example of how staging can make the difference!

HI Sharon,The built in book case defintely made me pause and think about how we could make it look like a cool way to store both clothes and toys/books with out installing new doors or a rod and curtain which never looks good.

How could any stage go wrong when there's an Eiffel Tower in the picture?!!  Awesome results, Michelle!

Hi Sally, thank you so much for stopping in to see this great home. I love anything with the Eiffel tower on it. I can't help myself, I keep on buying the best examples I can find of the tower.

Looks gorgeous. Congratulations!

Pricing strategy is a big one. Seller are afraid to price a little bit below of market value, but this is the only way to get the property sold usually with multiple offers.

I had this situation today: the property just came out, by the time I got my client there, they already had 5 offers.

Hi Inna, when a home owner expresses to us that they want to list there home above market value part of our consult is to relay our experiences working with the agent and listing the property at a price at or just below the projected market value of a home to get these results. It works almost every single time. Congratulations on the results you achieved on your listing!

I wish it would work every single time. Some sellers have set expectation and firm believe( just because) that they are house is more special. They are emotionally attached to their memories in that so loved home. But what a regular buyer sees: old dated style and a lot of work...They are about to create their own memories and make their own special home.
