Should you stage a $2,788,888 property? See the results

Home staging in Vaughan we are called to stage properties that are very high end properties.

Many home owners ask their agent if it is worth the time and effort to stage a property at their price point, in this case $2,788,888.00.

The answer is always YES. These properties typically are beautifully designed and the overall look has been designed for them.

The one thing that is missing though is the final touch by a professional stager to prepare the home for listing photos. It is during this process that everything in the home is set for the photogrpaher to give it that WOW factor look.

Buyers for this home could be located any where in the world. Professional staging allows buyers to see from the professional listing photos if they want to put this listing on their "must see list".

Beautiful home and excellent job staging it.  Love the details and especially the kitchen features. Best of luck on the sale!

Hi Jeff, the attention to detail in this home is truly remarkable. We are hoping for a sale on this property within 3 weeks. It is a unique location for anyone that loves privacy in the middle of the city.

HI Michael, I agree with you. I try to explain it this way to sellers. There is not one product in North America that is not marketed. Your home is an important part of your equity. Doesn't it make sense to present it in the best light for buyers?

HI Irma, thank you for stopping in to see this property. The open house went well today. Great feedback from the agents who came out to see it.

A beautiful home deserves that final touch.  Without it, even a home with wonderful features can feel cold.  You did a wonderful job with this home.

Thank you Sally, as you know well buyers will always start out with a list of things that they want in their new home but it is typically the emotional response that they have to have that tips the scale for them to buy.

The final touch before listing is staging the home to have the buyer say "I knew as soon as I came in the house that it was the one for me".
