All I did was....Home Staging Success Stories

Rose Pink Bathroom Fixtures... see the before and after.

Staging in Vaughan and Toronto we come across  many properties that have the rose pink porcelain fixtures still. Buyers definitely let sellers know they are not interested in these properties by submitting low ball offers or even worse.... no offers at all.

All we did in the powder room of this property is replace the light fixture, vanity, sink and toilet for $750. We also painted the soap and glass holder white to match the perfectly good marble wall. The homeowner thought the marble wall made the bathroom looked old however, we reassured them that it was still a very current look in every decor magazine right now.

Investment, mininal.

Impact, priceless.

Michelle-That looks like money well spent. Great return on investment in that case, especially at $750.

Hi Wayne, the home owner did the labour so it was all done in 2 days. The house had been for sale for months previous to the new the agent gaining the listing and bringing in our team to stage the house for sale. I have a background in construction so it was very easy for us to source what was needed to turn this dated bathroom into a magazine quality one.

You should have seen the home owners eyes when it was done, they were so pleased with the results. And so were the buyers!

Hi Michelle

I really do like the difference.  Keep up the good work.

Hi Tim, thank you for stopping in to see this small reno. I have a 3 million dollar property right now where the home owner is not convinced buyers won't like the coloured porcelain in every bathroom. I'm hoping he changes his mind so the agent gets the results the seller is looking for.

HI Diana, this is one of the best before and afters we have done. This is our favourite one for a powder room.

What a transformation. It's good you kept the marble walls that look so chic in after pix. A very good deal for $750

HI Mabrook, the home owner was going to remove the marble, glad we were called in to do the consultation before that happened. The marble wall makes the powder room look as good as any shot in a magazine today.

Now that is one fabulous transformation!  Beautiful!

Wow!  What an improvement.  Sellers need to look at their homes...with buyers eyes more often!

Well said Jim, I take pictures of the home while I am doing the consultation to show the home owners. Most are quite taken aback when they see what their home looks like. It is a great tool to use to motivate them to make the necessary changes.
