All I did was....Home Staging Success Stories

Does staging have to be modern in style every time?

Staging in the Toronto and Vaughan area we stage in a modern or modern traditional way to attract our ideal buyers.

When we stage in the King City and Alliston area it changes as it is more country with city/rural influences.

When we arrived at this home the elderly owners had moved out the children showed us the furniture that was left at the house. We found this old desk out in the shed. It was in pieces so the daughter offered to put it back together again as it had been her desk.

Investment, minimal.

Impact, priceless.

Again home staging is a must when selling real estate going forward.

Thank you for stopping in to see this home. We work with 80% occupied homes so we need to have our creative thinking caps on. The best compliment we can get is from the home owner when they exclaim... I can't belive this is my home, I love it!

Then we know the buyers will too.

You prove the value of using home staging ... and a home stager familiar with the market trends within specific areas, Michelle Finnamore.  Making any given home pleasing to the eye of the highest percentage of potential buyers is the goal.  You obviously understand that and stage accordingly ...

Beautiful piece of furniture, rightfully and well restored!

Thank you Gene, I am fortunate to be able to stage over 500 homes each year. Being able to use my creative side makes work seem like play for me.

There is definitely a difference from downtown Toronto, to Vaughan and then up into the countryside around Alliston, King City etc.  We have brought in 50 Foot Boats to show off a 55 foot boat house on a lake, horses and riders to show off a horse farm, a vespa in a penthouse overlooking Lake Ontario. staging in Toronto Michelle Finnamore
