How to Stage a Golf Tee Off Spot in a Ravine Lot

You may be thinking by now that I like to think outside of the box and I do get some pleasure from it. This property was a simple war time house located in Scarborough and backed onto a ravine. I  suggested that we really make a point of how much fun it would be to live in the house as you could hit golf balls into the ravine anytime you wanted.

And who wouldn't like that?

This home sold in three weeks and set the benchmark price for the neighbourhood.

Could it have been the golf tee off box?

Advantage Staging markets the features of your property every time to make it stand out from the competition.

Investment, minimal.

Impact, priecless.

Did you suggest they include a dozen boxes of balls in the sale?

HI Cheryl,

Thank you for the positive comments. This home is actually going to be featured on the HGTV show that will be aired in January.  It was used as the Benchmark house in the neighbourhood.

Even the young man filming the house for the show put down his camera and gave the tee off box a try.

As I said... who wouldn't like that!

Very creative thinking... or should I say 'outside the box'? Congratulations on a great idea, and thanks for sharing it!

Hi Wendy, Being in Vancouver you could probably carry this off no problem year round. You have a large population that is healthy living oriented and it would bring a smile to the potential buyers face to see this done. It certainly caused a buzz with this house. Everyone left talking about it. And isn't that what every Stager dreams about. Having everyone talking in a positive way about the house that they Staged?
