This property was a privilege to work in. It was designed in the 60's and had a rain forest upon entering the front double doors (16 feet high). The staircase led up and down, one staircase on each side of the landing.
When you looked down from the front door landing, you looked through the rain forest to see the indoor pool and out past these lounge chairs to the rear of the property which showcased a spring fed pond with centre fountain. Spectacular!

This is a great reason for stagging. I think this is super........ It also lets you know how much space you have. Some people just don't have vision so you have to give it to them. Great job!

This property is actually in Bond Head which is highway 400 at highway 88. A little north of nowhere and west of the Bond Head Golf course.
I am very privileged to work in the country estates from King City north to Barrie and west over to Bolton and all points in between. It is a joy to work in homes that have been architecturally designed. There is no life like it. Countryside living and only 45 minutes to downtown Toronto.
