In this example I would like to show Realtors and Homeowners the importance of neutral colours when selling a home. In Real Estate you are always selling space and light. For three months, potential buyers were giving feedback that they could not get past all the vibrant colours in this house in Schomberg and no offers were being made. Not even low ball offers to compensate for all the painting that would have to be done.
Advantage Staging will gently suggest to the Sellers that these colours will look lovely in their new home but to get there they have to neutralize the paint colours so that buyers can see themselves moving their furniture in and not having to paint immediately.
Advantage Staging will market your property to stand out from the competition every time.
Now this property is SOLD!
Investment, minimal.
Impact, priceless.

Very nice work Michelle!
It looks like a beach cottage now or a page in the IKEA catalog!! Nice!!
HI Todd, Thank you for stopping in to see my Staging work. I appreciate your enthusiasm for my work.
Hi Cathy, Wow! I didn't think this photo showed enough of a difference at first, I wasn't going to post it. Maybe I should take a look at more of my older photos. :)
Staging can be done a small budget, just keep it simple and know your market.
Wow! It really toned down the blue sofas. The wall color even goes perfectly with the art work. Major difference for minimal cost! Add this one to your portfolio!
Did you recommend they use the dark tinted Old English oil to freshen up the worn out coffee table? Between that, Howard's Restore-A-Finish and a brown Sharpie, I've been able to bring life back to tired old wood pieces.
Hi Cindy, you know when I was in the room it was a very low lit basement TV room and you really couldn't see the condition of the table top as clearly as you do in this photo with the flash on it. Thanks for the tips on using the oil to bring the finish back to life. I will try that on the next one. :)
